Ebay / GSP are refusing to forward an item to the buyer claiming its a restricted item, but they are also refusing to return it to me. Granted they've offered the buyer a full refund and are not asking me for the money back. But the seller really wants the item how do I contact them and insist that they return the item (my property) to me!
it doesn't belong to you,
the buyer paid you for the item and you still have that money,
the buyer has been refunded by ebay so the item now belongs to them and they can do whatever they want with it,
this is in accordance with the T&C's you agreed to when you signed up to use the Global Shipping Program
See here: If an item sold through the Global Shipping Programme is classified as ‘undeliverable’ after being accepted at the UK Shipping Centre, eBay will send you an email to let you know. We’ll also communicate with your buyer and, subject to any applicable terms between eBay and the buyer, will provide a refund to your buyer. You won’t be responsible for reimbursing eBay for this refund, and the item will be disposed of appropriately as an ‘undeliverable’ item.
