I recently (2 weeks ago)had a buyer open a dispute because he claimed the package had not arrived at his place of work (given address). I have provided the tracking details to eBay and the courier provides photographic evidence of the delivery being made. eBay are currently putting funds on hold until the dispute is resolved. At what point do eBay take funds off hold?
When you say you provided tracking information did you put it onto the dispute
You should always put it onto the item in your sold section as soon as you post it as you may be unable to put it on the dispute. No tracking on the dispute and you could lose the dispute and have to refund.
It the tracking is on the dispute and shows Delivered then you should win.
If it was two weeks ago and the item shows delivered on the dispute you would think your money would have been released by now
