Fraudulent claims

Hi

I sold a Xbox and the customer has said they received it and they say the caseing is broken and missing a big bit .

I asked for pics and I'm 100% sure it's not the one I sent and feel they allready had one and just trying to scam me


Where do I stand and what can I do

Hope you have taken serial numbers etc. so if they open a case and win and send back a different one you have some evidence.

Also remember things can get damaged in transit, which you will be responsible for, not everyone is fraudulent.
