Feedback score changes

I had a message from eBay  to say that I had an offer for an item that I had listed from ebayname(1313). When I click on "respond now" it takes me to the relevant page but the buyer is now ebayname(28),. Can someone explain why has the feedback score changed please?

It's possible that one feedback score refers to the buyer's lifetime feedback total, and the other to feedback received within the last 12 months. This will be easy to check.

Otherwise I wouldn't want to speculate on other possibilities with so little information.

I thought that, but when I checked their lifetime feedback is only 28.
However I’ve just noticed that my feedback is 1313

I had an offer on another item and the same thing happened again, it must be some sort of eBay glitch.
