If you cancel a sale because the buyer refuses to contact you and pick up / pay for the item, why is it possible for them to give negative feedback?
instead of replying to the feedback and calling them a *bleep*, you should have contacted ebay CS to get the feedback removed
you should also have completed a non payment case rather than cancelling, buyers can't leave negative feedback after a non payment case has been completed against them
