Hi
I had a non-paying bidder. I was able to leave feedback up until the case was closed in my favour.
Why am I now no longer able to leave feedback, to help warn others of the buyers dodgy bidding tactics? He currently has 100% feedback rating - I think its wrong as it's not truly reflective of his transactional experience with me.

Once a case has been completed neither buyer nor seller can leave feedback. There is no need because the buyer gets a non payment strike on his account which affects his ability to buy from ebay if he gets 2 or more.
Go to your buyer requirements here and block buyers with 2 strikes or more.
