Faulty Product

I bought a wii charger, I received it early feburary.  I used it a couple of times and now it does not work at all.  I contacted seller they said they had a 30 day return policy only.  Do I have any recourse, as surely it was not fit for purpose and it was purchased as a new item.  Thanks

EBay and PayPal are not involved in warranties. Their buyer protection schemes only cover items that are not as described on receipt, not faults that develop later.

Any responsibility now rests with your seller. If they are a UK business seller you can ask trading standards for advice. If they are abroad you have no UK consumer protection.
