I was interested to buy a car, I noticed seller is selling a items on very low price, and asking to contact with email address,

The fact that they are trying to get you to contact by email (outside ebay) instead of Ebay Messages should tell you all you need to know.

There is no car, they are a scammer just after your money.

How many vehicles has this seller got listed, it will usually be about 2000, consider how he has them all in his Driveway.
