Fake Pandora earrings. Described as genuine.

Hi, I bought Genuine Pandora rose gold earrings costing £29.00 plus postage on ebay. I appreciate it was in August and no longer on my 'bought' list to report to ebay. I had the earrings looked at in a Pandora shop and they confirmed they are fake. This was after buying a recent pair from a different seller which were also fake. That matter was resolved and i was refunded but it arose my suspicion about the first pair. I have evidence on my PayPal account and an email address which i have emailed but have had no response. Do i have a case with the first seller or is it too late? I have photos of the real and fake earrings and a paypal transaction as evidence.
Any advice? Thanks

You hae 30 days on ebay and 180 days on paypal to open any dispute.

If you open a dispute in paypal for a fake item then you will most likely have to show written evidence that the item is fake

A lot of items on ebay are fake

If it is a business seller in the UK then report to Trading Standards. You may have to go through Citizens advice and they forward it

Or it it is a seller selling lots of fakes. They have to be in the UK as TS have not way of dealing with sellers overseas
