Excessive postage

i recently ordered some glue products, the package when it arrived was 15cm square and weighed 700 grams, i was charged £37 postage when the actual cost was £4.50, how do i raise a dispute.

you can't,

there isn't a dispute for the cost of the postage

the sellers postage charges are clearly shown on the listing, buyers accept these charges when they buy the item,

buyers  can't claim the money back afterwards
