The story is the following:
A guy from UK sold me an audi engine claiming it was running fine, no smoke, gives warranty.
I bought it here through paypal back in July.
The engine arrived 2 MONTHS LATER in Hungary. The shipping company actually collected the engine on 18th Sept.... first sign of scam.
I asked the seller why the hell did they lie to me with "oh the engine is in Austria somewhere...". No response. second sign of scam.
The engine arrived a week later on a pallet, 2 weeks later we checked it. It is a broken engine without any oil in it.
For those who don't know, sitting a car engine without any lubricant means it will corrode itself to death.
Still no response from the guy, I had enough. I want my money back + this mot********* to be kicked out then hanged up on a bridge.
I hate these kind of people.
Help me in any way please!
I have no idea what buyer protection you have in Hungary, in the UK you have the money back guarantee and failing that, you have PayPal buyer protection. You need to see if these are available to you, and if so, use them. Start with ebay if you can, but you only have 30 days from estimated delivery to use the MBG.
