• There is no direct route to contact Customer Service
•
• eBay CS do not communicate by email unless they initiate contact that way.......the only contact methods are phone or where offered "Live Chat" (the latter not available to Business Sellers)
•
• You need to go via the "Help & Contact" link asking questions until the Phone Us option is offered......members of the community cannot provide this number as it often requires a single use PIN you are supplied with
•
• https://ocsnext.ebay.co.uk/ocs/home
•
• eBay Customer Service staff are mainly in a contact centre in the Philippenes & work to scripts, not necessarily understanding the exact nature of your concerns.....sometimes it can be "lost in translation" and they are known to give the wrong advice
•
• Unless the query is regardng billing etc on your account then it is often quicker & more accurate advice received if you ask here where members with combined experience of hundreds of years buying & selling have encountered the problems you have
Sometimes there is an email option that pops up when you go top of this page to the Help & Contact tab, type in your problem into bar there , and sometimes following prompts you may see ' email us'.
Truly there is no reason ever to do so, just come back on here, post your query, and we will help you , far quicker than trying to contact eBay, and their lines are not open for business until 8 a.m. Not sure how quick emails are answered either !
EBay doesn't accept emails.
Do you really NEED to contact eBay? Most people who think they do, don't.
Try using eBay's very comprehensive help pages. Start by entering a few words in the Help & Contact search field (see top of screen).
Or, for many of the usual questions, see the links below:

If you still can't find an answer, people here are always willing to help.
There is an email address there which is very hard to find but it is not certain they actually reply to any emails
Why do you want to contact ebay at all
Any problems are sorted out through the resolution centre at the bottom of the page
You could put your problem here and we can try and help
Otherwise it is phone or chat if available
Top of the page under Help and contact then nearest the problem or put what you are looking for in the big blue search box
