Today 21/ 12/17 I receive a code discount for Ebay. So i start shopping few things which i wanted to order but not enough time because of Chtistmas. I was happy I have to pay 20% on all of them (whole basket) so I end up by ordering more than I wanted before. But as offer was until 6pm at 5.40 i go to check out and I want to pay with my credit card. All done till here BUT, there come up an error : Error Codes: 70049 70084. I try to pay three times but i could`nt. Then i decided to try anything to help me out because time fly and 6 clock is nearly here. I try to call...not even a sound on the number i find on website. Then try to chat with someone which was very slow(seems like she taping a word every minute). In the end she said my saved cards could be why my payments was not processed.She tell me to remove my saved cards and PROBABLY the site will works. Ok , no big deal to do this, but what happend with my 35 £ less which I pay less if there wasnt an error??? Of course now Im sure 100% i can pay with no trouble.When I see time come more short i try again to call . That was at 5.55pm and guess what ? Now is 9.38 pm and i m still waiting for an operator to answer. I learn all song and all answer machine. All our representative curently are busy to assist other members, we will be with you shortly. One more time I understand why people try to stay away from Ebay and go to Amazon instead. I would preffer to pay a bit more but they are more much serious and treat customer with more care.
