Good morning,
Can I please have response to my complaint?
You were supposed to have responded within 72hrs and have not done so which is unacceptable.
My bank account has been debited to the tune of £5.92 after selling one item, when it should have been £1 which I signed up for under the Sell for pound promotion.
I look forward to your response and comment
If this was the Hornby coaches, it was a multiple listing,
£1 offer is only for single item listings, so you pay full 10%, all explained in T&C's.
Can't read all that, have you done te obvious thing and looked at te offer itself where it has Used/Unused 49/51 (for example)
Clock on the numbers to see the items included in the offer. You must comply with all conditions of the offer, that is list AFTER accepting the offer and within the duration of the offer, AND sell on first listing not a relist.
as I have just seen and tobias says, you sold FOUR in a multiple listing. It does pay to read T & C of all offers and not waste ebay's time.
We are all members here like yourself so have no access to your account to see if you complied to all the T & C's of the promotion.
I apologise I just have not read All the communication you have posted here, but it would still lead to the same answer, that is , the only people having full access to your account are eBay Customer Services, so even if you have contacted them beforte, if there was not a positive result, contact them again.
