Direct contact for the company

Does anyone know how to contact this company directly please. I received 3 faulty items from them, 1 damaged headboard & 2 damaged foot boards which they agreed to collect as it's going to cost me to dispose of them but surprise surprise the collection didn't happen & they are now ignoring my emails. Any information would be much appreciated. The fact the items were faulty & the customer service is shocking I would highly recommend not ordering from this company!

As @*guinevere* tells you you must open a case that the items were not as described.  You do not try to contact the seller [we are mambers not eBay and have no idea who that is].

The seller will make arrangements to get the items back.

It is quite complex because what will probably happen is that the seller will send you a label to send it back through the Post Office [that will not work] and you will have to contact eBay [through "help and contact"] to get a proper response.

There are some things that I would not buy through eBay which will include items that will not fit in the post unless I could collect
