Does anyone know how to contact this company directly please. I received 3 faulty items from them, 1 damaged headboard & 2 damaged foot boards which they agreed to collect as it's going to cost me to dispose of them but surprise surprise the collection didn't happen & they are now ignoring my emails. Any information would be much appreciated. The fact the items were faulty & the customer service is shocking I would highly recommend not ordering from this company!
As @*guinevere* tells you you must open a case that the items were not as described. You do not try to contact the seller [we are mambers not eBay and have no idea who that is].
The seller will make arrangements to get the items back.
It is quite complex because what will probably happen is that the seller will send you a label to send it back through the Post Office [that will not work] and you will have to contact eBay [through "help and contact"] to get a proper response.
There are some things that I would not buy through eBay which will include items that will not fit in the post unless I could collect
All returns and complaints are done through the Resolution Centre
You need to open Not as Described cases for each of the items you purchased and keep to the instructions totally.
Don't ask for a replacement, ask for a full refund, Waiting for a replacement wil run you out of time and you could lose your refund.
If your seller has not arranged collection within 3 working days escalate your case.
Don't close the case for anything until you have your refund.
