Why and how? You have buyer protection.
However the fact that 50% of your first page of feedback left is acknowledging that sellers have refunded you is extremely unusual.
It is perfectly possible for a seller to arrange tracked delivery; most towns and many villages have access to Royal Mail through Post Offices. It may cost more but they are very transparent and - if they cannot deliver - leave a card with a location where the item can be collected in a delivery office or redeliverded
seller chooses delivery service, buyer can choose to buy elsewhere
