Direct complaints to Ebay

Is it possible to make direct complaints to Ebay, regarding their actions of sellers choice of couriers. Hermes has no accountibilty of delivery of goods, equally the seller gives Hermes the buyers details and then removes all responsibility from themseleves, once they're item is sold and paid for. There is a great emphasis on the buyer how to return items that Ebay can monitor and track, but nothing on delivery services, which has far more issues for the buyer; no item, money gone, chasing courier, no actual attempt to deliver.

It is perfectly possible for a seller to arrange tracked delivery; most towns and many villages have access to Royal Mail through Post Offices.  It may cost more but they are very transparent and - if they cannot deliver - leave a card with a location where the item can be collected in a delivery office or redeliverded
