Looks like the buyer has damaged the item now wants a refund
The terms of the eBay MBG oblige eBay to support the buyer over the seller.
Ask the buyer to open a case in the Resolution Centre for “I received an item that does not match the seller's description”.

If/when the buyer opens a case, you have two options:
If you want the item back reply “Return for a full refund” within the case notes and issue a fully tracked returns label.
Refund in full through the case notes after you get the item back.
Alternatively, you can refund in full through the case notes straight away.
Your buyer keeps the item, but you save on the cost of return postage only to throw the item away after receiving it back.
No case, then no refund.
Add the buyer to your BBL if you do not want to sell to that buyer again.
