If the buyer says the item is not as described then you will have to send a pre paid label for the return and once you have it back then you refund in full.
Why is she saying she wants to return it?.
If she is saying there is a problem with the taste then she would have to use it to know.
Best to deal with the problem but only when she opens the dispute
You are a business and have to accept returns
Is the date important. Was there a use by date or was it something that should be used straight away
