I would like to know if there is an email address in which I could complain to ebay regardinf a return request that has been awarded in the buyers favour eventhough advisors have told me that the buyer is using buyer remorse.

There is no email for eBay,  but if you would like to talk to a Customer Support agent,  go top of this page and from the Help & Contact bar type in something like ...  Querying a Return.  Follow prompts to Call Us.

I don't see the point ringing them becoz they just talking aload of *** to us telling us that i have listed it correctly as a used item. But the buyer opens a case on me saying that the item is damaged because there was speckles of skin on the item. I was like **bleep** its a used item. You can see via the pictures the white marks. But still the buyer gets protected, wheres the  protection for the sellers

If you talk to Customer Support in the way you are writing here to your fellow-eBayers you may find it difficult to get help anyway.

I can't understand why a used item would have 'speckles of skin' on it. I think I would reject that without even a trace of buyer's remorse.
