I don't see the point ringing them becoz they just talking aload of *** to us telling us that i have listed it correctly as a used item. But the buyer opens a case on me saying that the item is damaged because there was speckles of skin on the item. I was like **bleep** its a used item. You can see via the pictures the white marks. But still the buyer gets protected, wheres the protection for the sellers
