Contact by telephone

Can someone help me I am stuck and cant contact eBay to call me in the usuall way . The new site is a mess it is only allowing me to sign in intermittently  ( We are having problems try again ) When I am in I can't get help only set questions and I am going around in circles. The set up is completely different and I need to verbally be walked through it. I am trying and managed to list 30 items . Someone has just paid for one and I have no address to post. I don't use ebay labels as I have a system with my courier, There are 13 items selling ?? I need to relist 17 but can't find them . Can someone email me I want to arrange a phone call? I only see messages when on my laptop an need to be available for a phone call  HELP   Joan

I very much doubt that if you can't work it out already, that anyone could talk you through it.

 

If you are on the Seller Hub, sales are split up between Sold Awaiting Payment, Paid awaiting dispatch and Dispatched. Look in sales, on the left side initially there will be  a serial number (this relates to the number of sales you have made). When paid it changes to an ebay generated number, click on that and full details come up including the address to post to.

 

Unsold items as always will be in UNSOLD, again look at Lists and Unpaid is included there.

 

As the details on the  page can be moved around to fit your own requirements, it is unlikely that everyone would have the same lay out , so what I am seeing, if I said top left you would be looking at a completely different section.
