Hi I am a collector of fishing gear and I have caught a conman /conwoman trying to con ebay members ...they are using someone elses photos and various havked accounts to sell there non existing fishing tackle.he gets the would be customers to email him about a buy it now price ( i know because ive emailed him myself)he post his buy it now price and they pay which is £1500 via paypal and doesnot send them ghe goods and pockets the money via paypal ...the customer claims the money back through paypal for goods they have not received. ...the email address is always advertised with his non existent goods.

I am afraid that it does not make sense. Paypal only refunds by taking the money from the seller, so how does the seller benefit. Even if they got away with it once, paypal would make sure that it didn't happen again, and I am sure they are not slow to use legal means to recover any money owing.
