Computer software incorrect activation code

I have purchased some computer software, the product comes straight to my email which I have received.

But the activation code does not work, for it to be the fully functional version.

So item is not as described or a bogus product. Purchase is marked as 'despatched' so according to ebay I need to wait for it to arrive.. I have messaged the seller twice requesting a working code or I need to be refunded. No response from seller. I feel stuck and cant see a way around this. Going through the help options in circles.
