Tell the seller to go to the right of oe of the items you bought and click on 'send payment request. She will then see an invoice showing all the items you bought and can adjust the postage. Tell her not to press 'reset', just send to review and if ok to issue the invoice.
If she isn't sure then she can come to these boards and we'll talk her through it.
