I want to close my business account. I closed my shop more than 30 days ago and have not sold or listed anything since then. When I clicked the "close account" tab it said that my account cannot be closed at this time because I still have active subscriptions. I don't have any subscriptions that I'm aware of and when I click the "subscriptions" link it takes me to a page to open a shop. It doesn't show any active subscriptions.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do next? Thanks for reading.
