Claiming a refund for damaged goods

Hello, I sold an item which arrived damaged.  I am trying to claim from the courier who request a proof of purchase and delivery address.....can anyone help me where to find this?  thank you

I don't understand.

If you ordered the courier, they will know the delivery address!

Are they asking for your own proof of purchase, or proof of the price you sold it for? Royal Mail values items according to what you bought them for, not what you sold them for.

They are asking for a proof of value which must include delivery address, buyer's name, sale value and item no/description

I would presume they want the order details of the item you sold. This will be on your sold section. Click onto the item and you should see the proff that it was sold, then click on 'Order details' and you should see your buyer's name and address.
