Claiming a refund for damaged goods

Hello, I sold an item which arrived damaged.  I am trying to claim from the courier who request a proof of purchase and delivery address.....can anyone help me where to find this?  thank you

If you ordered the courier, they will know the delivery address!

 

Are they asking for your own proof of purchase, or proof of the price you sold it for? Royal Mail values items according to what you bought them for, not what you sold them for.
