Cigarette lighter listing

Can anyone advise me how to overcome the 'hazard warning' when listing a vintage pocket lighter. I have seen others listed so I know this can be done but I can't get beyond the warning so not sure why.

Check ebay's policies and then see what categories the other seller's are listing them in. Isn't the warning something you can get past though?  It just comes up and you ignore it, as long as you are not breaking a policy.

Hi, I've checked the category and tried to ignore it as you suggested but no joy. That's why I decided to contact the community. It must be something obvious I'm missing but can't find anything on ebay to give better guidelines. I just wondered if anyone out there was having the same problems.
I just can't seem to get rid of the mssage so I can go further
