Chat Transcript

Does anyone know if the chat transcript record is cancelled if you end the contact?

After just being on for ages I finally gave up. I was told to stay connected so I did patiently for along time but got no response. So in anger I quit the chat.

I have since checked my messages and ther is no sign of the transcript. Is this because I quit it do you think?

Only Just noticed your response so thanks for trying.

What I didn't make clear is that I had been through to an adviser and had a short conversation.

His grasp of English was so poor I could barely understand him and I don't know if he could really understand me!

He eventually said to hold the line and he will check the situation (or similar).  The albiet short conversation basically ended by my saying "can you speak English as I can't understand a word you are saying".  At this point he stopped communicating and I was left holding the line.  I was going to complain about his inability to help/understand/or speak English and ask why he had even been employed, but as there was no transcript their was no evidence!

I would hope that by now he has been taken off the help line.....
