No don't relist before closing that transaction properly, and getting those seller fees back.
Open an unpaid item case in the Resolution Centre link at bottom of most pages. Close it on day 5. Seller fees refunded, buyer gets a non payment strike, they are only allowed one, and only then, is it safe to relist.
