I won an auction this morning but when I went to pay it the seller has cancelled the sale without giving me any reason.. Is this allowed??
Technically no, but in reality if the seller has changed his mind there is no way to force him to sell the item.
If he sends you a cancellation request you should decline it, and he'll be stuck with the fees.
