Buying a car

Hi, I recently seen a car for sale, the seller have a contract with ebay that I can get the car for 3 day to inspect and what checks I want on it, the thing is that i dont really want to get into a scam, what can you advise me ?

That is a scam

Ebay have nothing to do with selling cars no contracts for 3 days inspection  or any delivery or anything else.

The only way to buy a car is to go and see it and check it over and then pay by cash or bank transfer 

There is no ebay or paypal money back guarantee

You do not pay any deposits or any money until you are satisfied the item is right

If you are not entirely sure then dont buy

There are a lot of scams on ebay and in particular on motors

At least you did the right thing being cautious and coming here

The thing is that I get even this from Ebay

*General*

accessories of the item to ensure top mechanical reliability and
outstanding condition.

*4.1.* If you decide to keep the item, we will transfer your payment to the
seller's account. The item will come with all the documents needed for
registration and the shipping company will take care of all the formalities.

*4.2.* If the item is not as described or does not pass your inspection,
the item will be collected and you will be fully refunded. Refund requests
are processed within 3 days.

That is a scam.

If you send any money by bank transfer to what they say is ebay you will never the the motor of the money again

All messages from ebay come through you Messages on your MY ebay page.
Ebay do not have anyting to do with selling motors and they do not deliver

Ebay.com have different rules for vehicles and do offer an escrow service, your message has .com at the bottom.  It's even got American spelling.
