Buyers not paying

Hi,

can anyone help? I seem to be getting more and more buyers not paying / replying to chase up etc. What is ebay doing to protect sellers? I'm so annoyed about this! Thanks

No need to chase up non payers anymore !! ...

See the recently introduced eBay Auto opened and actioned  > Unpaid/Cancel < case process which can be closed 5 days later to recover the FVF selling fees due and Non payers are given a non payment defect/strike = 'After 5 calendar days, sellers can cancel the transaction using the 'Buyer hasn't paid' reason in Seller Hub'.'

Sellers  can  also set their Preferences to handle cases manually >

When you get a non payer you can cancel using reason 'Buyer didn't pay' and get your fees back. Buyer gets a non payment strike, which, if they get 2, can stop them from buying fron sellers who have blocked buyers with 2 strikes or more on their account.

You can cancel after 5 full days without payment
