Economy Delivery says it all.
Wrong method of postage, posting to wrong address. Buyer opens Not Received case and as you have no proof of delivery to the address you have been given by Paypal, you have to refund.
No good claiming on Royal Mail as they have delivered to the address you posted to, and even if genuinely lost, you still have to refund but RM would at best only pay £20 compensation.
No item no money. You have to protect yourself, no one else will.
