You should only ever post to the address the buyer used at checkout, which will be the one you are told to post to when they pay. It is definitely not safe to post elsewhere and it is not a common request from buyers. Some more details would help though.
Have you checked the money is in your paypal account? A new seller with that sort of item is a scammer magnet, so any unusual requests should be treated with extreme suspicion.
