Hi, I sold items few days ago, the buyer took their time paying. I asked I can refund if theyv changed their mind.They said they will collect today. So i asked what time.They did not reply. Now all day made me wait and are not collecting.wasting lot of my time.please help.

For a collection item it should be cash on collection and not paypal
Too late if they have paid
Just wait for them to contact you to arrange another day.
If they dont then wait for them to request to cancel and when they do then go to More actions to the right of the item and cancel order
Buyer requests to cancel
You get your fees back straight away
If would not have waited in all day if they did not reply.
They have 60 days to leave feedback
