Bad feed back

I have been left bad feed back on a purchase that didn’t arrive. I have sent proof of postage and done everything I can plus more than what was recommended as was well over her 30days to help the buyer but she still left me a bad review.

Proof of postageis not proof of delivery. You do not know the buyer didn't receive the items. You should have refunded through an ebay 'Not Received case'

The feedback  you left for the buyer can be removed as a serious policy breach and give you a black mark on your account.

No it’s not a proof of delivery but it shows I sent the items, then a month and a half later they say they haven’t arrived. I have been advised by ebay I didn’t have to do anything as the buyer was well over the 30 day refund policy! But to be helpful I sent via email the proof of postage to show I have posted them.
In return I got bad feedback which was unnecessary seen as I went out my way to try and help.

Unfortunately without being able to prove delivery you can't show that the feedback is wrong and so ebay won't remove it.
