Alton towers etickets

Hi, need advice please i bought some sun alton towers etickets from a ebayer
When they have arrived it clearly had the other persons name on them and states they are none transferable and only to be used by the person named on the tickets
I have asked for a return due to this which she has refused and admitted she knew they were in her name and none transferable but that she did the sane last year with her husband and he didn't have any issues getting in
The returns case is still open but she is refusing me my £30 refund
Who is in the right here as she is making me feel i am bing ott but its a 3 hour drive and £70 each when we arrive if they refuse the tickets

Two things,  those tickets are non transferabel so should not be sold,  and they should not be sold on eBay,  but on their other site Stubhub.

However,  you correctly opened a case for a refund,  and just close it 8 days later,  and you will be fully refunded

Here's a tip go to a supermarket,  look at various packets of cereal,  many are offering buy 0ne  ticket get one free ,on Alton Tower tickets , make sure the  dates  you wish to go comply!
