I don’t understand why I’ve been billed £14.99 - probably a stupid question but can someone help please?

Was it for £149 best offer by any chance?

If you weren't paid, unfortunately you're out of time to open a case and be credited with your final value fees and need to pay them

I sold it but the buyers payment wouldn’t go through so I’ve had to relist it, but I’ve still got to pay the £14.99?

you have to close down the sale properly or you are charged the fee,

what happened with the payment?

I don’t understand what I done wrong then☹️ Sorry for being dim, first time selling something. PayPal wasn’t set up correctly so the payment failed.

so the buyer paid,( you should have asked for help at that point, ) did you contact the buyer?

how did you cancel the sale?

or did you just relist it?
