Hi,
Wonder if anyone can help?
I haven't been offerred the '100 free listings' promotional offer since early July. I've contacted ebay and they tell me this is offerred randomly to sellers and that I should wait. I have waited - and still nothing offerred. Until July I was receiving the offer very regularly.
I wonder if anyone has any tips on how I may be able to gently persuade ebay to offer me this?

Good Afternoon John,
Well CS have got one thing right here, 100 free listings are given out randomly.
John, may I ask, do you look at your Promotional Offer section regularly? This where all promos appear, it is common now, now to receive an accompanying email. So the only notification is in your Promotional Offer section.
Another tip, in that section top right are two little arrows. Pressing the up arrow will bring that box all the way to the top of your My Ebay page, so you will not miss a promotion when it appears!
Your star ratings are excelent, and you do not have any negs or neuts. This is the only criteria Ebay will put forward as a criteria for receiving free offers, so you are in their radar scope! Othereise it is random offerings.
