Seller keeps buying my items & not paying

I need some advice here, I've had a buyer 8 times buy my items and not pay, I report them, block them but they set up new accounts and keep bidding on my items, this has gone on for months now. I've informed ebay, they have blocked all the accounts post this seller buying, not responding and not paying. 

I'm going to have to look elsewhere to sell - this keeps happening and is highly frustrating, any help would be amazing 🙂

You need to Edit your Title. You have written Seller not Buyer.

You should Cancel the Sale with any Non Payer after 4 days selecting "Non Payment." Your Fees will then be credited back to your Account and you can Relist. Ebay will close down the Buyers account if they continue to Bid and Not Pay.

You do need to correctly Register as a Business Seller. You are Trading Illegally on a Private Account.

Perhaps he can amend it to refunds available pleae open a claim with ebay and they will pay from my money.

Besides offering his 12 months any reason return policy.

Thank you for your note above. Also, I just watned to note, I am not a business seller, I just sell bits I no longer use, I don't sell enough to qualify as a business seller.

I AM EXPERIENCING THE SAME THING NOW WITH A BIDDER(WHO I HAVE RECENTLY REPORTED) AS BIDDING PUT NOT PAYING BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO PAY THROUGH EBAY ,THEY WANT MY BANK DETAILS, WHICH HE NOT GETTING. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED SO FAR £81 BECAUSE IT CAME UP THAT THE ITEM WAS SOLD ,WHEN IT CLEARLY WAS NOT. THIS WAS CAR I WAS SELLING .

TWICE THE SAME BIDDER HAS WON BUT NOT PAID, LEAVING ME OUT POCKET BY STICKING TO THE RULES.

You should have reported them after 4 days for non payment,issued them a non payment strike and got your fee's back less the listing fee as that is non refundable.

Then blocked them so they couldn't have bid again.

Cars are cash on pick up or bank transfer only ,that's why they needed your name, sort code and account number.

Safest way to try and sell a vehicle is via a classified ad.You can then arrange viewing etc which you can't do via an auction or buy it now.

If you do a classified ad with best offer don't accept an offer through the listing as the listing will end if you do and then you would be back to square 1 if buyer failed to buy/show up.

If you listed you car in an auction / Buy it Now format and have a non payer, cancel the order for a non payment your seller fees will be refunded,  but listing fees are non refundable,  and will have to be paid.

eBay allow a buyer 4 business working days to pay you, they also send the buyer a reminder after 48 hours to pay.

Then, if there is still no payment when this time lapses, proceed this way.

On My eBay Selling go right of the item sold and from More Actions select Cancel this Order selecting the reason .... Buyer Has Not Paid.

If you are on the Seller Hub, go to your Payments tab near the top of your eBay homepage, from there select All transactions. Click on the highlighted item number go far right and from the big blue button down menu there, select Cancel this Order as above.

This gives the buyer an unpaid item strike, they are only allowed one.

If they keep gaining these strikes, eBay will remove them permanently, from their site.

Cases are very effective.

HI weigh key,

I did cancel after four days and reported the buyer still no refund ,also the cash on collection for cars, 1 the giving out of infomation bank details as far as I AM AWARE  is against the ebay rules it clearly states no transactions to be done outside ebay. 2 . It came up on my auction site that the item was    SOLD when it clearly was not sold no transaction had taken place the buyer had not paid and no intention of paying.So it seems to me that this needs to be amended and the term sold to be used only when the buyer is paid.

Clearly Ebay will not always close 'suspicious' buyers accounts, they say themselves they 'may' suspend the buyer. It will be based on whats adventageous to Ebay.  Its wrong to  claim the seller is not a private buyer without knowing their personal circumstances.
