Your very generous in praise Jim and I accept the title humbly. I had to visit the GP today to get my blood test results and undergo the BP check and onto the dreaded scales......BP was down to 136/72 from 182/86 and weight was down from 22st 1 lb to 20st 3lb!! If it wasn't for this weekend away in Bruges I may have made the 2 stone weight loss. But the food, beer and chocolate tasting was sinful! I am delighted for both of us me old mucker that Ebay has provided the tool to loose weight on! Having now accepted I don't have to big to be able to Ho Ho Ho I intend to keep this going. I am a shed not a warehouse!! So why keep eating to fill one. My bowling average has also improved as a result of the flab from under the arms going away, more back swing now. Now trying to get down to your weight by Easter Jim!! Thanks to you and Jane for being there and come on folks - lets see less of the authors......
