I wash mine in the dishwasher, same as the metal ones.
The main thing to remember is put it on a baking tray before you fill (and when in the oven) because they bend when you pick them up. Also, the loaf shaped tins bow out on the sides slightly when you fill them with the mixture, but there's nothing you can do about that I don't think unless you have a metal loaf tin to put the silicone one into.
