resizing pictures

who do you use for resizing pics? I've only gone and deleted the wrong one out of my favourites and I can't remember the name.

Re-sizing?  I use the image software that's on my computer.  Takes me about 20 - 30 seconds per picture.  Not much point giving the name as most of the various softwares do pretty much the same thing as each other when it comes down to it.

I use windows live photo gallery as its on this pc, easy peasy.  If I want to write on the picture ive got an old version of PPS9.The first one I find easier to use.

I normally use my computer CB.  It normally doesn't take long.
