Normaly within 15 minutes of getting home. My bed is my refuge, the place that is most comfortable - get in the right position and do nothing more strenuous than breathe and there is a good chance that I will be almost pain free.

We're normally in bed by 10 and I am normally up at 7 doing the breakfasts. I have an early start today as I want to be in the pool just after 8 today to avoid the children's swimming lessons.

Between half past ten and eleven usually. If Hubby's away it can be later as I get engrossed in
some crafts or something and don't realise the time. I get up at about five thirty for work, if I'm
working during the day but if I'm working late and get home between midnight and one o clock,
I still get up at 7.15 with the others.

guardpig if you do not like taking tablets for a headache or want quick relief see if you can find Tiger Balm. You rub a little into each temple and across your forehead and it takes the edge of a headache quickly, well does for me.
