favourite comfort food?

just had cheese on toast with tomato, lovely seeded brown bread and milled black pepper  (mature cheddar........grated)

god now I look like a pompous **bleep**

basicially i had brown  bread with cheese and tomato

Cheese, beans or scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast.:) Or a combination of the three. Very crispy streaky bacon on top too if I fancy it.:)

even when im sick I stil try to eat.......... our ones think im mad.........nope hell or high water I WILL eat food

 I think other people go from eating and enjoying it, then feeling full so stopping,  and if they carry on they feel sick.

I think I have the middle bit missing.  I go from eating and enjoying, to feeling sick. No warning feeling!!
