I have just cancelled my phone out of my broadband package i get as i never use it and would rather be upgraded to a large television package anyway as i watch so much of it. Before i did this i sent them an e.mail specifically asking them how much my monthly bill would be as i knew it must be cheaper. They e.mailed me back saying how much and YES it was less than i pay every month. Now however they took the phone off this week and i asked them just to clarify what channels i get ect and when they said about the price THEY ARE SAYING NOW ITS HIGHER THAN THEY ORIGINALLY SAID!!. I had kept the previous e.mails and have send them these this morning and told them i want to know why they quoted this or i will be going to the management. Why do they do this every time!!!. I e.mailed them originally because i wanted it down on paper so i had proof in case they started messing me about and telling me higher prices.
Has anyone else had this problem and what did they do about it?.
I have told myself if they start doing this i will cancel the whole lot and go with another company but then they are going to charge me for leaving because its on a twelve month contract or something!!!.
It makes me boil!!!!!!!!!!!! HONESTLY.

Most triple plays (TV, Broadband and Landline) work out cheaper than just taking two services, no idea why, but if you remove your landline expect your bill to go up

But if i asked them for the figure of how much it would be and i have that figure on paper and they have now put the price up surely i can sue them for false information can i not??. They have Blatantly lied to me then have they not???.
