Barring the usual kitchen essentials - oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave....which of your extra kitchen gadgets could you NOT live without.
Mine would have to be the slow cooker. This time of year my slow cooker is used 4-5 times per week.

I have two knives (both the same) that I use to peel veg with. I've been looking for replacements for years and just can't find any the same. They're falling apart and I can't use any others without having 1/4" peelings.
They are but don't tell my girls that 🙂

Not going to ask! lol I am the only person on here that doesn't like her slow cooker. I have had mixed results with it & it fill the house with the smell of cooking food all day.

Veg peeler - a cheap thin plastic swivel-blade one I got from a street market. I don't get on with the fixed-blade ones at all. (Anybody remember scraping carrots with a knife? Orange walls.....)
And the microwave. The last two that went got replaced in under 24 hours - and I realised that the cheap ones last just as long as the brand names, if you really hammer them as I do.

My kitchen paring knife - like CB OH threw an identical one out in the rubbish, so I have him check it's in the drawer every night - honest - well, most nights (he washes up). Also, bought in Italy, a little grater (assume it's really for parmesan) I grate garlic and ginger with it and if I don't use the whole clove, I throw it back into it's (covered) pot.

My ceramic coated frying pan, needs no or hardly any oil and cleans in seconds:-)

Pressure cooker & a cast iron rice pan which OH sorts for me
I guess that includes OH then. He cooks things which need care - like steaks, fish, rice - time sensitive cuisine!!
I overcook (aka burn) stuff if I can't sling it in the Aga/pressure cooker & let it cook

Kitchen gadget - hmm I'd vote for the local takaways and/or pub.
Lost the potato peeler the other week - OH found it in his workshop a week or so later(I didn't ask) so if he wanted potatoes he got sent along to the chippy.

You see that is what I hate Shelly. The house smelling of food.
