Tell me about it CB. There's times I walk like I'm an old woman. I'm nearly 57 feeling more like 97.
I think that your right DC. You couldn't get a good body out of all us put together. I think that it's being somewhat mad that keeps me going.

I think the Tracksuit's a real killer and I get the feeling He's not impressed with the Hands either.

Hmm. If we ARE making "FHG's Monster", about all I can bring to the party is a pair of eyelids. They haven't got arthritis yet! Oh, and a couple of saggy boobs if anyone wants them. Not worth having a thunderstorm over, is it?

Been to the doctor this morning about the pain in my feet, I have tendonitus, or something called Plantar fasciitis which I am informed should go away in 6 to 12 months, whoopie that's good then.

I had that for over a year Ed & it was awful. The only thing that helped was wearing Crocs. I have fur lined ones as slippers now too although it did get better eventually. I had special insoles but found the foam heel pads from the £1 shop were much better. I do sympathise as it's really rotten! I think losing a bit of weight helped me too but that was just me.:)

Thanks guys, it is poop, one day I didn't have it next day I did, hey ho, one consolation it will go eventually. Doc thinks it's because I am on my feet for 8 hours a day at work, but it can just come on for no reason. I do a very good impression of a duck, bookings taken...

I had that for a while too but just in the night when I went to the bathroom! Perhaps it's because that was the only time I didn't have my crocs on???

ed
i remember a previous thread on that, was surprised how many of us had it or had had it.
i found it went as suddenly as it came, one morning i woke up and the pain had gone.
but i had it for ages, the 3-6 months is prob right 😞
i wasn't on my feet for 8hrs a day tho, i was a full time mother then.

Sadly I couldn't use them at work Maggie otherwise I would.
I do remember the thread about the arthritic thumb.
